Welcome to Choose Review. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Service Description

Choose Review provides tools that help businesses collect customer feedback, assist with review drafting, and manage their online reputation. We also sell physical QR review stands through the website to facilitate offline feedback collection.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and providing accurate and complete business information. You agree not to use Choose Review for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited Uses: Users must not use Choose Review for fake reviews, misleading reviews, review manipulation, spam, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or incentivized reviews where prohibited by the applicable platform's policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable platform policies, including Google policies where relevant.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

One-Time Payments: Plans are currently purchased as one-time charges for the selected access duration (e.g., monthly or yearly access). We do not automatically charge your card for renewal. You must manually renew your plan after the selected billing/access period if you want continued access. Applicable subscription cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Physical Products

Choose Review sells physical QR review stands through the website. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. Shipping and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics provider, and other circumstances.

Physical-product orders are subject to the applicable Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and delivery information. Choose Review is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform provides AI-assisted tools to help draft reviews. AI-assisted review drafts or other AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate suggestions. You and your customers are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing or using it. Choose Review does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable, accepted by Google, or compliant with every third-party platform's policies. Users remain responsible for the final content they publish or submit.

7. Third-Party Platform Dependency

Certain Choose Review features may depend on third-party platforms or services, including platforms such as Google where applicable. Choose Review does not control third-party platform availability, policies, algorithms, APIs, service changes, restrictions, or the suspension/removal of third-party functionality. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services or integrations.

8. Third-Party Services

Choose Review may rely on third-party services necessary to operate or provide certain functionality, such as payment processors (including Razorpay), AI service providers, hosting/infrastructure providers, shipping/logistics providers, and other necessary service providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Choose Review may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including when a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts review manipulation, uses the service illegally, fails to pay applicable fees, creates security or operational risks, or abuses or attempts to disrupt the service.

Users may stop using the service and request to cancel their account as supported by the platform. Termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement; applicable refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials and user-provided content, Choose Review owns or has appropriate rights to the website, software, platform functionality, branding, logos, designs, text, content, and other original Choose Review materials. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose while they are authorized to use the service.

Users retain ownership of their own business and customer content. However, users grant Choose Review the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely to provide and operate the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Choose Review does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific Google rating, improvement in Google or search rankings, increased business revenue, increased customer engagement, any particular business outcome, acceptance of AI-generated content by Google or another platform, or continuous/uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, APIs, or services. Marketing statements, examples, testimonials, or promotional language on our website are not guarantees of specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Choose Review, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided for material changes.
